Conversion path is a series of events where anonymous website visitors become known leads. This is the way to get the leads to launch a webinar. It is really important for marketers to create conversion paths, else online visitors remain anonymous for the business.

The initial step is to attract the visitors to the website. This is followed by a conversion path, where the visitors are converted into a lead. While they are exploring the website, they must be presented with a call-to-action. Call-to-action (CTA) is an image or button which directs the visitors to the landing page. After clicking on call-to-action, visitors are linked to a landing page. On the landing page, visitors can submit information in the form of a form. After this, they are linked to a thank you page which is termed as close of a deal. Thank you page is supplemented with downloadable content and a confirmation email which is a part of delight. This also includes date, time, and link to access the webinar. After the formation of leads at thank you page, they can be further exposed with more call-to-actions. Now the leads can act as customers for the website.
